Terms and Conditions
Communication: Quotation and confirmation will be sent to you by telephone, express email, or WhatsApp within 24 hours. We apply 24 hours reservation system to give high service to you.
Payment: We accept payment by CASH, PAYPAL, BANK ATM, or WESTERN UNION. For every booking we require an advance deposit of 30 % of the total cost to guarantee your booking. The rest you can pay 7 days before your trip or on the departure date. All foreign currency charged will be converted into local currency (IDR). The exchange rate to IDR will be based on the latest exchange rates to IDR.
Liability: We will try our best to serve your needs for your arrangements and make your trip satisfactory. trip ever make. We will do our best and try to find all the best alternatives to suit your tour needs as possible. However, we not accept any liability for natural disasters, injury, damage, loss, delays or rescheduling from airlines, negligence, unpredictable wheathear, additional expenses (excess baggage, etc) and irregularities beyond our control.
Cancellation: If you want to cancel your trip, kindly send us a notification letter. Cancellation fee details: No cancellation fee if no flight or hotel vouchers have been issued. 50 % cancellation fee if flight or hotel voucher has been issued. *100 % cancellation fee is applied within two weeks prior, one week prior to departure or no show.
Refund: No refund for services not used.
Travel Insurance: If there is any injury during your trip, Great Komodo Tour does not responsibility of this matter. We suggest you to take your own travel insurance during your travel date (s).
Costumer service: Our customer service is available for 24 hours a day.
